Registration for August Orientation is currently closed.  Beginning in late July, instructions on registering for August Orientation will be mailed to students that did not attend a Summer Welcome session and have paid the enrollment fee.

August Orientation is Mizzou’s “last chance” orientation, advisement, and registration program for new freshmen and transfer students.  August sessions are not as comprehensive as Summer Welcome sessions offered in June and July but you will meet with an academic advisor and register your fall classes.  

During your one-day session you will meet with an academic advisor, register for classes, learn about University services, resources, and policies, receive your MU ID card, meet other new MU students, learn how to use your MU technology account, and receive answers to any questions you may have.You should complete your day no later than 5:00pm.

If you are no longer planning to attend the University of Missouri, please inform the Office of Admissions of your decision in writing. You may do so by going to cancel.missouri.edu or by faxing a statement to 573-882-7887.
