  • If you could do anything with your life, what would you do?

If I could do anything with my life, I think I would become a world-peace ambassador, giving everyone a voice, interacting with a great amount of incredible people, and spreading peace to all corners of the earth.

  • What excites you the most about being a 2016 Summer Welcome Leader?

What excites me most is being with people that are like me, and who strive to do good for others and give Freshmen students the best view of Mizzou that they possibly can. I love the atmosphere of hard work, and I cannot wait to grow with my new Summer Welcome family because of it.

  • How was your transition process into Mizzou from high school?

It should have been a really big transition, but in reality I fared pretty well. I was always used to going on enormous mission trips as a kid, filled to the brim with people from all different kinds of backgrounds and places, and I was no stranger to getting to know new people. Mizzou was no different for me, and everything just clicked. With that said, I had a graduating class of 57, and a hometown with a population of 4,000… so yeah. In terms of numbers, if was a huge transition.

  • What is your favorite spot on campus? Why?

My favorite spot on campus would have to be anywhere near The Columns. At any time of day in ANY weather condition, people are there studying, or reading, or playing, or just meeting up. And when the sun sets over it and you get to the Golden Hour… the photo-ops are just too much to handle. It’s just a beautifully wonderful spot.

  • What is your favorite dining hall and why?

It’s a tough decision, but I really like Dobbs the most because it seems to me that they have the freshest food with a ton of variety, but it might not be for everyone. You really just have to find out for yourself!
