What is your favorite Mizzou memory?

My summer welcome is my favorite Mizzou memory. I had an amazing group of peers and my Summer Welcome Leader was so easy to get along with. It was an amazing first impression of the university. I was so ready to begin my Mizzou adventure.

What is your favorite spot on campus? Why?

I love Speakers Circle. It is always bustling with energy and ideas. It can be a bit overwhelming, but I always find something new and make a new friend in that area.

If you could do anything with your life, what would you do?

In the first grade, I told my teacher I wanted to be an attorney so I could help people. I still have the same dream to this day. I want to be a criminal defense attorney and help get children off death row.

What quote do you live by?

“What’s the point of being alive if you don’t at least try to do something extraordinary” –John Green, An Abundance of Katherines.

How do you make Mizzou your home?

Get involved! There are so many amazing clubs and groups to get involved with, there will be something that catches your eye. If there is truly nothing that excites you, start your own club! It’s so easy to find your people on this campus in the many amazing organizations.
