If I could do anything with my life, I would…
Find a more sustainable way to recycle polyester. Textile waste is a HUGE issue globally and I want to fix that! Polyester not only is difficult to recycle, but recycling it also leads to more microplastics in the environment #notcool. OR be a puppeteer for Sesame Street or an actress. either or!
My favorite spot on campus:
The Student Center! So many places to study, see friends, or grab a a treat! Catch me in the Multicultural Center or the Center for Student Involvement doing homework or yapping the day away with friends.
What surprised you about Mizzou’s campus:
That it’s a botanic garden! Mizzou has such a beautiful and scenic campus and it makes the walks around so much more enjoyable! Also, campus is very walkable, so you don’t need a car to get around. (AND THE FREE BUS SYSTEM IS A PLUS!)
