My favorite spot on campus:
My favorite spot on campus is the Francis Quadrangle. From sunny afternoons spent studying with friends to the excitement of Tiger Walk events, there’s always something happening there. The Quad also has one of the best views on campus in my opinion, with Jesse Hall standing proudly behind The Columns, two iconic symbols of the university’s history and tradition. It’s a place where students can relax, connect with others, and feel truly part of the Mizzou community.
What surprised me about Mizzou’s campus:
What surprised me most about Mizzou’s campus was how beautiful and lively it is every single day. I didn’t expect the campus to feel so connected and full of energy. Whether you’re walking on the Quad or Stankowski Field there’s always something happening. I was also surprised by how quickly it started to feel like home. Even though it’s a big school, the campus feels welcoming and tight knit. Between the traditions, the school spirit, and the number of ways to get involved, it didn’t take long to realize how strong the Mizzou community really is.
